Responsibilities
- Ensure all operations are carried out in an appropriate, cost-effective way
- Improve operational management systems, processes, and best practices
- Oversight of Customer Service, Digital Marketing, Quality Control, Sales, Marketing, and Purchasing Operations
- Review inventory and materials, plan inventory, and oversee Commissary efficiency
- Help the organization’s processes to remain legally compliant
- Formulate strategic and operational objectives
- Examine financial data and use it to improve profitability
- Perform quality controls and monitor production KPIs
- Create “Grab and Go” Food Items and New Menu Items
- Find ways to increase the quality of customer service and speed of service for customers
Required Qualifications
Education:
• Associate degree (Required)
Experience:
- Operations: 5 years (Required)
- Management: 3 years (Required)
- Proven work experience as an operations manager or in a similar role
- Knowledge of organizational effectiveness and operations management
- Experience budgeting, forecasting, and P&L’s
- Familiarity with business and financial principles
- Excellent communication skills
- Proven leadership ability
- Outstanding organizational skills
- Degree in Business, Operations Management, or a related field
