Green Coffee Sales Representative at Unic Coffee

Responsibilities

  • Building and maintaining relationships with existing and new clients.
  • Conducting market analysis and identifying target markets and customer segments.
  • Presenting and demonstrating the quality and benefits of green coffee beans.
  • Developing and implementing strategies to increase sales and market share.
  • Negotiating prices, contracts, and terms of sales with customers.
  • Collaborating with the marketing team to create promotional materials and campaigns.
  • Providing excellent customer service and addressing any inquiries or concerns.
  • Monitoring market trends and competitor activities to identify new sales opportunities.
  • Collaborating with the production and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery of orders.
  • Keeping accurate records of sales, customer interactions, and market information.
  • Attending industry events, trade shows, and conferences to network and promote products.
  • Organise cupping events where you can present and sell our green coffee to new clients in the UK and Europe. Including the preparation of presentations and proposals.
  • Staying updated on industry developments, coffee trends, and certifications.

Required qualifications

  • 1-2 years experience in Specialty Coffee industry in the UK/Europe
  • Effective communication and collaboration with team members, coffee suppliers, and other stakeholders are often necessary. Fluent in both spoken and written English is required.
  • Willing to travel when necessary.

Preferred qualifications

SCA Qualifications in Green Coffee
