The International Trade Show of Artisan Gelato, Pastry, Bakery, and Coffee (Sigep) will return to Fiera di Rimini, Italy from 20 to 24 January 2024. More than 178,000 people attended the 2023 event, and the 45th edition promises to be even bigger – featuring over 1,000 exhibitors and more than 1,100 individual events.

The Italian Exhibition Group has been organising and hosting international events and conferences for over 50 years – including in the UAE, China, and Mexico.

Next year’s Sigep will feature the 2024 Gelato World Cup, the Juniores Pastry World Cup, and several other competitions. Visitors can also take part in extensive networking opportunities, talks from industry professionals, and try some of the finest gourmet food and coffee in Europe.
